Are You Lonely? Could be Dangerous, if you are!

Loneliness is becoming a bigger problem in our society as more people live alone or are isolated due to geography or other reasons. The Surgeon General is warning that loneliness can be as deadly as smoking, but there are ways to combat it.

First, it's important to recognize the signs of loneliness. Some of these include feeling sad, anxious, or stressed more often than not, having trouble sleeping or eating, and feeling disconnected from family and friends.

While loneliness is a serious health risk, it's important to remember that there are things you can do to combat it.
